After spending thousands of dollars with another company, I smartened up and bought pipe-safe insurance. Weeds regularly grow in my pipes. Today, Joshua from Mr. Rooter answered my service call. He was friendly, efficient, explained everything to me and whistled while he worked! He really made an ugly mess pleasant!!! Thank you Josh!
I've used Mr. Rooter twice through the PipeSafe program with RWA. Most recently we had Lex out to clear a backup in our sewer line. Great work from start to finish. Kevin and Mark excavated and replaced our damaged sewer line professionally and efficiently. They also did a great job restoring the front lawn by seeding and covering with hay. The site was left neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Due to a main sewer clog I had to call for emergency service. My service technician was Lex and he was very professional and took great care of the issue.

It's always devastating to find out a huge repair is needed, especially as a new homeowner only a few months in. While replacing my sewer line and the price tag has been pretty crushing, I've really appreciated the techs. I'm not great with names, so hopefully I get them all correctly (and apologies for misspells). But from the system diagnosis (Lou), to the outside sewer line replacement (Miguel and Kevin), to the inside sewer pipe realignment (Javier and David) — I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and kind approach as I navigated such a stressful moment in my first home.
Steve and Josh from Mr. Rooter saved us from a near sewer backup issue! We called them and they came to our house same day and worked to identify and resolve the issue! Super professional and efficient! Clearly know their stuff and highly recommend them!

Kevin and Alejandro did a great job repairing my drainage line. They were very careful when they dug out a shrub, made the repair and reset the shrub. You'd never know that anyone made a repair. Very pleased.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Central CT went above and beyond on a plumbing project for a new pipe connection and installation in my mother's backyard in June 2026. This required digging up part of her backyard about 3 feet deep. She was a little concerned about all this, understandably. Kevin operated the machinery and Miguel completed the detail work. Dennise, overseeing the project, was very personable, patient and easy to work with — easy going yet professional, which put us at ease. Dennise explained a lot about what was being done, answered questions and even allowed photos during the project! Their attention to detail, knowledge and experience was evident. My mom's roses and plants had to be removed, though at the end Miguel even replanted them for her. The soil was replaced and the lawn was reseeded. The project was done in a timely manner as well. My mom is very happy with the project.
Steve is excellent, very professional, got the job done with no hassle. Will definitely recommend Steve again — very valuable employee.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. Joshua came out the first day and was very helpful in assessing the problem. The next day, Lex and Derick came out and were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my home's plumbing, explained everything clearly, and quickly found the clog in my basement drain. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize the woman who coordinated my service calls. She was so kind and thoughtful, and I really appreciated that she called ahead both days to let me know when the technicians were on their way. Everyone treated my home with respect, left the work area spotless, and made what had been a very stressful plumbing issue much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate this business and highly recommend them!

The price was actually reasonably with all things considered as I had other estimates that were much more. I would recommend if you have any plumbing needs.
These guys are the best! Josh came out to a basement sewer back up within an hour and handled it perfectly. He kept me updated and had excellent communication. Not only that, he went above and beyond and shoveled the back sidewalk to access the bulkhead door. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks again.

Every single person I have spoken to or greeted in my home has been outstanding; Alissa in the office? AH-MAZING!!! Sean, Lou, etc. all fantastic. Today David Acampora responded to the call and again, just wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly checked for related issues. He was friendly and a great communicator. He explained everything clearly and respectfully. He made me feel comfortable that the problem was handled. In addition, he had a young apprentice with him. I didn't get his name but he was also friendly and helpful. I could overhear Dave explaining and mentoring to him during the job. They were just top notch. Thank you! I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again.
I had Dave come by a couple of times in the past two weeks (for unrelated issues! Everything happens at once) and he was GREAT. Friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was also meticulous and very very clean. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Mr. Rooter prices have always been reasonable. I have used their services for over a decade and have always been extremely impressed with the staff and their work. David Acampora helped me navigate through a multi-month gambit of shower repair. He is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Highly recommend.
Sewer line was blocked by tree roots. Mr. Rooter sent pro Lex Gonzalez to snake out the lines. He did an excellent professional job. He was informative and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.
