Estimates and Pricing **Free Estimates:** We provide free, no-obligation estimates for non-emergency work. Submitting an estimate request does not obligate you to hire us, nor does it obligate us to perform the work. **Flat-Rate Pricing:** We use upfront, flat-rate pricing. Before any work begins, your plumber will provide a written price. The quoted price is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprises. **Emergency Service:** Emergency and after-hours service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before work begins. ## 4. The Done Right Promise We stand behind our work. If a service was not completed correctly, contact us within **30 days** of the service date and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This promise applies to labor only and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, third parties, or misuse. ## 5. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointment times are estimates. We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations for after-hours emergency calls may be subject to a cancellation fee. ## 6. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Financing options may be available for larger projects — ask your plumber for details. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection and applicable fees. ## 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
